Description
| antique Chinese carved Jade running horse. Absolutely spectular, this sculpture has fine detail in the mane, body and face. The horse is affixed to a teak wood stand. Circa early 20th century. Measures just over 5.5 inches tall and 6.5 inches long. I do have many other Chinese and Japanese items for sale: vintage, antique and ancient - including many other snuff bottles. I am selling these for an elderly Chinese gentleman who was a renown collector and purveyer of Chinese works for many years in New York City and has recently retired. The pieces are all guaranteed as described (and in some cases where provenance was unclear, we erred on the side of caution.) |
